Deposit at any national office of Efecty and payments via Baloto.
You can already pay in any city in Colombia at any time, 365 days a year.

To make a return send us an email to indicating the reasons why you want to make the return.
Depending on your location, we will schedule a pickup or send you a pre-paid guide so you can return your Xirella with the dealer or in some cases, leave the pair at the indicated courier office.

For the return to be successful, the following must be complied with:
1. The purchase must be within 30 days.
2. Xirellas must be in good condition (unused).

Changes are only made by color and/or size, but not by reference.

If you want to make a change, it’s very easy!
Just send an email to indicating your order# and the model/size you want to change. We will send you your new Xirellas and depending on your location, we will schedule collection or send you a pre-paid guide (with your new Xirella) to deliver your pair to the dealer or in some cases, leave the pair at the nearest courier office indicated.
